Hi there — I'm Rachel. I currently live with my family in rural Switzerland. For over 15 years I have worked in finance: asset management, fintech, banking, but I am now learning to slowly put the day down before it puts me down.

I make short videos for Pocketfuls of Time — a small YouTube channel, which follows the quiet moments I find between work, family, and everything else — and how I use them to create, reflect, and take care of myself. Through these videos, I hope to gently remind you to protect your own pockets of time — no matter how small — and fill them with what nourishes you.
